Whether you’re dealing with self-doubt, burnout, people-pleasing, or just trying to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you. I am also trained in working with pregnancy and postpartum and love supporting moms at any stage in their journey. I also work with anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationship issues, and grief.
